Backtagging: I am a lover of backtags! And please if it seems like I've dropped a thread and you want to keep going, send me a virtual smack. My memory - she is not so good sometimes. In that same spirit, if there is thread you want to wrap up, I'm generally cool with handwaving things if you'd like to discuss!
Threadhopping: Anything marked open is fine to hop on in. For secure/closed/etc, please contact me first.
Fourthwalling: This will more than likely be dictated by game rules. However in games that allow fourthwalling, BUT any other castmates DO NOT, then it won't be allowed for Kisuke other. Continuity and all. In general though I'd rather not break that wall with him.
Offensive subjects: I'm not easy to offend especially in r/p. I've mostly played in horror/dark settings. On that note, if an r/p is going somewhere you don't want it to head, let me know and we'll curtail, hand wave, or whatever works the best. I'm pretty squick free and my biggest concern is keeping him IC in whatever is going on.
IN-CHARACTER

Kissing this character: Same as above. (He is a self proclaimed pervert, so you've been warned!)
Flirting with this character: Sure. He'll probably flirt right back.
Fighting with this character: While Urahara can and will fight, he's not one to go for that as a first recourse. A lot of times he will seek to defend as oppose to engage. That being said, Kisuke is an excellent fighter in the world of Bleach. During his time in Onmitsukidou (Stealth Force) Kisuke occured by the 3rd Seat in the Second Division when mean that he was in charge of the Detention Unit and as a result had to be able to subdue all convicts in the Maggot's Nest with hand to hand skills only. Urahara loves to toy with his opponents and only uses as much of his considerable powers as he deems necessary. However Urahara is also the kind who will enter a battle he knows he'll lose if that loss plays into his grander plan. Basically he never fights for pride, but to win and winning won't necessarily mean the same thing to him as it does to most people. Canon states that Urahara does have his Bankai, but it's never been revealed and the only thing we really know about it is that 'it's not suitable for training' hinting that it is highly destructive and/or nearly impossible to counter. Since Bleach is a power heavy canon, I do like to talk about fights first!
Injuring this character: Minor injuries and stuff - no problem. We start talkin' limb loss, etc, we'll need to chat.
Torturing/Raping this character: I won't give a hard yes or no here. I'd rather discuss anything along these lines before hand.
Killing this character: Same as above.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it. We can talk through the details before or during if you like. For the most part I will try and put things in tags for these types of characters. However I might need to know just how powerful your character's mental powers are.
Warnings: While Kisuke isn't cruel, he can be manipulative and is incredibly cunning. Most of the time these things are reserved, but if you have concerns, lemme know. He's a bit of a troll as well.
In general, I'm pretty laid back. So if there is something you want to do or don't want to do, just chat with me.

Urahara is highly intelligent and highly perceptive. Couple these two things together and you have a man that reads others with ease. Canonically, he's that guy who seems to know damn near everything and has a Plan for it. Urahara is often seen on the outskirts of any major THING though he rarely interferes. I split the difference with it being in part he that yes he knows and the other part being he's pretty good at figuring things out fast and adjusting accordingly while leaving everyone else wondering just how he knew. (It's all part the mystique XD). When it comes to other characters I base what he 'finds' on contextual cues from posts and what he could extrapolate from those. However info modding is not cool so if it's something I see as major, I will contact the player first. That being said, if you feel that something crosses a line, please do not hesitate to let me know. I'm more than willing to change a post to something acceptable because r/p is supposed to be funz timez!
Urahara is manipulative. However this isn't something he does on whim and doesn't do it for himself. How he chooses to steer an individual greatly depends on the situation and with whom he is dealing. For anything potentially major, I will contact the mun, or they can contact me on the Kisuke-being-a-manipulative-troll front.

Pretty much anything he'd be able to glean just by talking to Derek or coming in physical contact with the man (such as his less-than-room-temperature (42 F) and less-than-healthy pulse rate (38-42 beats per minute). In the right circumstances, Derek can also be relatively forthcoming about other things as well, so if Urahara is willing to ask the questions, Derek is likely to answer them.

Derek really doesn't have much to hide, and probably won't hide his infected condition from people once he gets a measure of them, so not much. If you're not sure, just shoot me a PM and we can talk about it.

I don't know if Urahara would be able to sense Derek's vampiric infection or not, other than by the obvious physical clues, but the condition is both nominally medical as well as spiritual (it probably reads akin to a demonic force slowly eating away at Derek's soul), so I guess feel free to do what you want with that if he could see/sense it. I have a rundown of how vampirism works on Derek's world on the front page of his journal if you want to check it out.

I have links to a YouTube run of the movie in his sticky post if you can't find a whole run on your own. A lot of how everything works though is covered more intensively in the first movie with Jack Crow, and I also borrowed some things from the book both movies are based on (but I touch on that in the info post anyway). Derek's movie, sadly, assumes the audience knows what's being referred to in the first, so if you don't than there's not much meat to the information.

Anything else you'd like to add? He's an artifical construct; there's probably some things odd about his energy and his soul would look a bit like it's had someone try to break it and put it back together wrong in the past.
For Giotto
Are there any specific things you definitely wish to be noticed? Giotto's gauntlets and mantle are magic items after a fashion/channel a power that would probably translate as drawing on his soul/spiritual power, and his has traces of "there's something not human in your ancestry". If you're around him much it's probably not hard to pick up that he does have potential for sharper edges.
Also most of his castmates have some sort of jewelry with shared symbols to his ring. Basic body language thing; he does move like someone with combat reflexes, and if it's not obvious from tags, he will react to actual intent/emotion and not what he's presented a lot of the time/how tense or relaxed he is goes by intent, not what's visible.

For Mukuro
Are there any specific things you definitely wish to be noticed? There's a very neat, circular surgical scar ringing his implant (red) eye that's old/faded; also he's got some info posts for sensing things because he reads garbled depending on Path. Also his earring has its own soul that is human, unless Spade is 'out' in the owl, in which case it's tied to Spade.

For Spade
Are there any specific things you definitely wish to be noticed? ....Have a field day. He tries to cover it but catch him off-balance or not entirely on his game and he's an anxiety case that sometimes fails to cover it.
Is there anything you'd like him to push your character towards? (This, if it is workable, will be a drawn out process more than likely.) Spade is trying to restabilize, he's got a lot of issues, have fun! :D
Anything else? He's been dead for about a hundred years and inhabiting the earring; there's probably something off about his energy due to some other things he's dabbled in.
For Thancred
Are there any specific things you definitely wish to be noticed? He's a bard. He plays games with how much he lets on that he's paying attention, and he's an excellent actor. His energy's divine-aspected and wind-aspected, although he's living as a human so it's not quite "pure" in that/he's an incarnate after a fashion, and it's swiss cheese; something worked him over HARD on a spiritual level and he's healing.
Are there any specific things you definitely wish to NOT be noticed? That he's got espionage history and familiarity with a lot of Bad Shit will probably depend on how he's doing, I do trust you to gauge how well he's keeping up his masks.

ON THAT NOTE:
Giotto, old buddy, old pal, how would you like to help in and/or concoct a probably highly risky experiment that Urahara is tossing around in his head? I'm still working out the details and am going to try and throw up an open log today where he'll be trying to wrangle in the specifics.
That said any of your others are more than welcome to jump in as well. I have a feeling that Thrancred and Urahara will either get along well or like Napalm and very dry trees.

On the bright side Thancred's generally fairly good at handling people as long as they're not like, being malicious or dumb in ways that're going to get people killed. Just ... be really careful how you approach Claire/the tiny. (Also IDK how the tie between caretaker and kid works for sensing things, but he IS literally bound to Claire, and has healed some in the time since he came into game.)

XD Jack will straight up tell him most things, and Yama is hit or miss. Trance is the cagiest, but anything she wants to keep from him would likely be something worked out ICly, anyway. She doesn't exactly try to pass for human.

I will probably forget to mention some obvious things that he'd notice, so feel free to poke me if anything needs clarification during a thread. Trance is purple with a devil's tail and pixie ears. She's also really good at gambling. They should try that sometime. Jack is, well, Jack Frost. And Yama is currently wearing a white dog collar. He also turns into a dog, at times. I imagine if Urahara meets him in both forms, he's sharp enough to put them together.

Anything else you'd like to add? I don't know exactly how this would come across, but Trance being an avatar, she doesn't teeeeeeechnically have a soul. She can't really die, either (although the House mitigates that, but everyone comes back to life, anyway, just like she would normally.) She's definitely alive, but as it comes up in the show: "Trance, are you dead or alive?" "Yes." Jack, as I take the canon, is also technically dead, more spirit than reanimated.
